Request for ability to export from MDA

Redhat has a valid use case to export from MDA, specifically Email Logs.

They have two instances of Gainsight now -- Support (Primary, and is the first instance) and Sales (Secondary, and is the second instance.. They will be running CS out of both, with some overlap of accounts in each.

Ideally, we will be able to export Email Logs out of their primary instance of Gainsight, and write that into the Secondary instance of Gainsight's MDA. We can then join this data with contact data to get visibility of what is happening in JO for both instances and unifying communications.

*More use cases to come

McKesson has requested an export function from MDA as well - even a push to the S3 bucket in another 'standard' folder?

App Annie requesting the export function of Email logs as well - in terms of pulling specific fields (Open Rates, CTRs, Completion Rates, etc.) for use in external dashboards.

I recently going through the unanswered posts. Did you get a work around for this?

This is possible by downloading the email logs and then uploading it to an s3 bucket and using the Connectors to load the data from the s3 bucket to the target org MDA.
