[Requirement ] - to have all the activity log details in one view

 Is there a way to have all the activity log details in one view so I can search the entire history of edits for a field. Example question I'm trying to answer - when was a field name changed or who created this field? Currently I have to click through individual detail screens of each edit to find it.

      @Shiv, Yes, I agree with you. Displaying of field name,old value and new value will reduce one click.

      I feel like this is kind of usability issue,hope this can be achieved via hover.
