It would be great to have an integration w/ Rollbar where we can get an overview on all the issues customers are having throughout their navigation. Also, we'd embed that into Score cards that impacts the sentiment of the customer UX.

Thanks for the post. I would like to make sure that we understand your situation. You use Rollbar inside your product and would like to get the output into Gainsight so it can be used in scorecards and other GS things? In that case, can you just bring the data in via S3 or the Gainsight Data Load API?
I could but I am hoping to use the data at an aggregate level and make sense of it and not just import the raw format. For example, if I was to score the user experience of customers in any of our pages, the number of rollbars a company has hit on average should relate to the user experience.
It's definitely a low priority request but for someone who wants to pull in a large number of variables to make up an ADOPTION scorecard, this would be useful.

Hi Georges, have you taken a look at some of the transformation capabilities in Gainsight's Bionic Rules?
These features were purpose built for exactly the kind of scenario that you're talking about where raw data is aggregated, merged, pivoted, filtered, etc to provide actionable insights and drive scores, CTAs, outreaches, etc.

I think our Bizops team is already using it - i'll follow up. Thank you
