I received a random rule failure email today, but I have no idea which customer it is. Can we add ORG ID to the rule log output so I can query in Subscribers and find out who I should be helping?

FYI - Melissa Allen from Blackbaud emailed me today asking if she should log a ticket with support because she "has a lot of rules on a weekly basis that fail to run and I get this message: {"message":"Your query request was running for too long.","errorCode":"QUERY_TIMEOUT"}]" Not sure if that's correlated to what you're seeing, but she's submitting a Ticket right now. Thanks!
Chris - Is your idea around that there are rule failure emails from multiple customers that come into services@gainsight.com or your inbox and you go clueless which Org or customer it relates to. Is that right?
Elaine - The error you see is SFDC query timeout.

The email has the direct link to the rule edit screen. You can use this to identify the customer. Does this help?
Yep!
