Looks like it was last updated in May 2018.
- i think you can update CTAs to close them.
- i think you can "write" to Timeline now. So under the Chatter question, while Sally might not understand Chatter, I think you can write to Timeline and perhaps write to Gainsight in other ways i have not explored.

Currently updating data in Gainsight is not supported from Slack.
