The way you score the health of a particular segment may not be the same across multiple segments. In tandem with https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/c360-ability-to-customize-page-layout-by-csm-or-cus... need the ability to create a custom Healthscore by segment or customer type.

It is in our roadmap (with the next 2 quarters) to support multiple scorecard and you would be able to pick a scorecard that applies to a Segment or Customer Type.

We need this feature too. Different scorecard measures for different service levels. I am happy to provide feedback.
Ditto if you want. We're high touch; however, we'd differentiate based on sales pipeline (already a customer having a very different set of metrics than a prospect for example).

You can do this now. When creating a scorecard you can have it apply to an Account or Customer Info value:
