Scorecard Activity Types

Hi all, and happy friday!

I had a question about the “Scorecard Timeline Comments” feature that I shared a few weeks ago during “Admin Office Hours”. I haven’t enabled the “Scorecard Timeline Activities” feature within my org yet. Is there a way for the GS admin to write a rule that auto-converts to a different activity type other than “Update”? Or is there a way to re-purpose ‘Update’ activity type?

      Hi @jaw,

      We have added this enhancement to our roadmap recently, and will be available soon. You would be able to choose the activity type for automated activities.

      @jaw Would it be possible for us to have a brief 30 min call to understand this request in more detail? We are working on this, and want to make sure all use-cases are catered to.
