Scorecard Mass Edit Comment window size.

Posting on behalf of customer. On the scorecard mass edit window when you edit comments the window is very small. It would be nice to have the ability to make that window a big larger for easier note taking.

      We have received numerous requests from our CSMs asking that it be made larger. It makes it very challenging to add comments to a Scorecard Mass Edit report due to the limited size. We use it for the My Customer Health report as an example.

      Hi All, For all those who have requested this functionality, we have good news! You will definitely like it

      In brief, Each Scorecard now has its own Timeline, which means Timeline component is now integrated into Scorecard 2.0 and replaces the Measure Comments with Timeline Hurryyyyy you will like it!!!!!

        Hi Andrew,

        We are doing a phased roll-out for this feature.

        Would the customer be interesting in upgrading to scorecard timeline, where you'd have timeline like UI for entering notes, history would be retained, you can @mention people, and so much more.

        Indeed that would be super helpful !! 


        Also it would be great to have the comments section in the same pop-up that is used to update the score.

        Hello Everyone!

        Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of v6.8 release(Nov).

        We are replacing the comments box with a timeline-like activity feed. The following are the benefits of upgrading to this feature:

        • Retains a history of activities against a measure.
        • Allows the use of rich text formatting.
        • Users can @mention colleagues in comments.
        • Users can start comment threads.
        • Displays manual updates in the company/relationship Timeline.
        • Provides clear visuals in reporting.

        You can find the relevant information in our v6.8 Release Notes. This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.
