In the Chrome Plugin, I can't search on the partial name of a customer. For example, I know I only have one customer with "Insight" in their name, so I simply search for "insight", but it doesn't come up because the customer's actual name is "InsightSquared".
I would want this behavior for Timeline content, too, since I don't always know if someone has typed "follow up" or "followup", so I would search for simply "follow"
