Send Private Message By Rank or Badges or User Roles with attachment file

Hi to all, 

We have two ideas.

In our bussiness we often need to send private message to a particular set of users (or to all of our community users) with certain type of criteria, by Rank, User Roles, Badges.

It would be great if we could have this functionality at Insided backoffice, under de private message menu .

Maybe some kind of display form where we can set one or more type of groups and also picker  if we choose to send to “All” of our customer user community. 

The other ideia is the possibility to add  an attachment file to the private message ( one to one iteration or  one to all) like pdf, newsletter document, .
