Currently when a email template is sent via JO it will delivery to the participants as it is, But one of our customer is expecting to deliver the email template as a form of PDF .
The use is case sometimes the email template is not rendering properly in few of the email clients.So if the template is converted into PDF and sent to the emails then they can over come this issue.
Please let me know your thoughts
+5Why not just add the email content as a PDF attachment to the regular email? I think the ideal is for people to view the content in the email itself, but for those individuals who are having issues, they can view the attached PDF.
