We came across a large issue with Genesys today that will likely affect other customers looking to utilize bionic rules to set scores on a relationship. It looks like this isn't available for 1.0 or 2.0.
Do we have an ETA on when this will be available? I assume that it will be a feature enhancement so would be next major release?
Documentation here previously showed that we could set scores at the relationship level, has since been updated. https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Rules_Engine/Admin_Configuration/Getting_Started...

Hi,
Can you help me understand what the issue was? We do not have a ETA for this. I will let you know post our planning.
Thanks

Abhishek,
The use case specifically is:
Query GS Relationship fields to get attributes, take an for example of Tier on GS relationship, set manually by CSM. Query Opportunity fields which drive the criteria to set a score and then join these two data sets.
From the joined data set we want to set scores. The solution without this action is to then push it to MDA, which is what we would already do pre-bionic rules. Unfortunately for Genesys there are many different objects like opportunity they want to use to leverage score setting - thus we will be copying all data to MDA.
