Share saved views and advanced filters with other users

We want to setup views for our product managers who only need to see some question and idea posts that pertain to their area of the product. While we can save a view with advanced filters and share the URL with another user (which I was told is a workaround for our need), the other user can’t save the view! 

I hear users can save the views as browser bookmarks, but that’s not optimal as you can imagine. I’d really like to see this productized, as it seems like such a basic requirement that’s already available on other platforms.
