Sharing Reports for Users Without Licenses

During the Gainsight Pulse, I understood that Gainsight was increasing our ability to share reports with users without licenses.  Is this correct?  Would be great to understand if this view only functionality and sharing exists.

        Hi Stella, We have shipped 360 sharing in summer release.For this summer release we only support Summary, Related List, Attributes and Relationship. Sharing of Success plan and dashboard is in our road map.
