Show Overall Scorecard in UI of scorecard setup

For the new scorecard UI, I know one of the benefits is supposed to be giving the end user more transparency into how the overall score is calculated. However, my customer pointed out that it looks like we still don't have the ability to give a description of the overall score that an end user can see by hovering over the Overall score like we can with individual measures.

Would it be possible to allow a description to be displayed for the overall score?

      For users who were not a part of the health score creation or are not Gainsight admins, I added additional help text on how each of the measures impacts the overall score and a note about how RYG scores are calculated.
