We're looking forward to migrating our 4-year old Community to inSided soon! Our current system allows us to send email notifications to users that contain the body of the topic/post. This is particularly helpful for our product managers who get a lot of Community emails, so they can quickly determine if it's something they can respond to. And I know many of our most active external members will also see this as a loss (and complain to us about it!).



I understand that some Community Managers are concerned that showing the actual content in the email will deter users from actually visiting the Community. But I'm concerned about frustrating and annoying our users by not providing enough useful info in the email notifications for them to determine if they need to take action. It would be really helpful if inSided Admins had the option to configure the email notifications with or without the content preview, based on their preference.
