Instead of sending an email, it would be great to have the option to send an SMS during a JO program as a form of outreach. The big issue would be spoofing the number to make it seems like the text is coming from the CSM or company number.

Hi Jake, one of the features on our roadmap for Journey Orchestrator is to allow a program to call an external API. So to solve for your use case, the program would call the API for an app like Twilio, which would then create and send the SMS. This aligns with a more modular and flexible approach to building programs and journeys.
