Stacked Bar Reports Not Showing Value

Currently in stacked bar reports, the bar only shows the data point if its greater than 15% of the overall column. Even though the bar may be bigger than the others next to it, it has to do with the % of the given bar. It would be nice to control this on the admin side and maybe show the value next to the bar if it is too small to show it on the column itself.
