Would be great if the Draft to Active was more intuitive.  We're currently piloting with our teams, and we've run into some problems where users think the plan is active and it's still in draft.  Maybe when you go to add objectives, pop up a box reminding you that your plan is still in Draft and in order for the objectives to appear in your cockpit, you need to make it active?

Thanks for posting this Heather. Very valid point on the experience with activating success plans.

Hi,

Update: This enhancement is available now. A reminder message will be displayed if objectives are added when plan status = draft.

Thanks,
Nitisha

@Nitisha, why does my Success Plan status now allow me to select Draft? It is Greyed out.

Hi Leah,

The assumption is that once the plan is finalised and activated and CSMs have started working on it, it should not go back to draft stage. That is why we disable going back to draft status once the plan has been activated. Is this assumption not true for your use-case?

Thanks,
Nitisha
