Survey Branch a yes or no question where no ends the survey

I don't seem to be able to branch from a "no"  response to end the survey. I want to allow the survey participants to self select out of one or both of the sections in my survey. I can skip the first section via branching but when i take them to the opt-out question for the second section and they select "no" I want the survey to end but it will not do that. 

Is there a way for me to set this up so that the survey will end with a "no" choice and continue on with a "yes"
