Survey Comments: make them easier to read and access

Today, there are lots of clicks to consume the comments data from surveys (outside of the NPS feed that shows the NPS comments in one feed).  Often, this can be some of the most valuable input from surveys.  Need an easier way to see the comment details on a specific customer or a specific survey.
