In order to present response choices from negative to positive (Strongly disagree, Disagree... Strongly agree) to match the format of an NPS question in the same survey, we need to list the potential answers in that order. This presents then the higher scores on the right hand side on a screen.
When the same survey is presented on a phone, the answers are presented the order created, from the negative to the positive. On that device, it would be better to show the positive choices on top.
It would be very helpful if we could have a setting that would allow us to control the order of the answers on a phone.
