Survey Ranking System

It would be ideal if there were additional ranking system question options for surveys. Currently, the only option for 'ranking' within the survey product is a star ranking. 

Our preference would be to rank on a scale of 1 - 10 and to be able to include text next to the scale to explain 1 vs. 10 - like this:



Or when you hover over the numbers (or stars) it would display a descriptor of what the selected number or star means. For example, if you hovered over the '1' it would say 'Not at all'.

Our work around given the functionality that is available in surveys looks like this:


It would be great in this scenario if it was made possible to have text purposely pushed to a 2nd line. Because we can't and we can't put text next to the stars, our only option was to put the info on what what the stars mean within parenthesis.

      Thanks Jam for reaching out to us with the idea, I will wait and see if other customers also have similar request and then take up this idea for roadmap considerations.
      Meanwhile you can achieve rating questions on number using Matrix question type - Single Answer. I have attached screenshot of the same below

      There is also no ability to schedule Calls to Action via the survey tool for questions using this rating system! This has been a huge set back for us. Are they any possible work arounds?

        Agreed with the above comment. Another limitation is that the rating in this case is stored as a text field, so there's no way to sum or average those rankings from within the survey object that this writes back to (meaning having to create an MDA object and pushing all that data there, which kind of defeats the purpose of the Survey Answer data space, in my opinion).
