Hello Teams!

It's come to my attention that survey are not supported on mobile platforms (phone, tablets, etc...). If a survey link is followed on a phone, for example, the UI elements of the survey become cluttered and unreadable.

Below is an example!

Being able to take surveys on mobile platforms may well be a challenge, but it would be a very useful feature for many of our customers!

Thanks for your time, and keep up the great work!

Thanks,
Logan T.

+1 - having mobile compatible surveys would most likely boost response rates noticeably.

We have this item on our roadmap and we will make significant changes over coming releases to make it fully compatible on Mobile and tablets.

+1 I was trying to open NPS survey on my Android phone (Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 with Chrome) and interesting thing was for most of the questions with multiple options other than NPS question, when it was in portrait mode, there were just zeroes. When it was in landscape mode, I was able to see 0-10 scale. See screenshots. This was independent to level of zooming.
