Task Sync Should Map to Custom Fields in SFDC

Currently the ability to sync tasks from Gainsight to Salesforce does not include the ability to sync fields to custom fields in SFDC. Adding this ability would be an excellent way to enhance this functionality.

      +1 here from Five9. We would love to have the ability to sync data entered in a custom field in a GS task over to the Salesforce task object.

      Hi,

      You can sync GS task object custom fields data to Salesforce task object. You can add the mapping in Administration > Workflow > Tasks.
