Time Saver: Add option in field creation for Permission for Rule Load Actions

As an admin, I spend a lot of time creating objects and custom fields. As a time-saver for Gainsight objects (and enhancement), it would be AMAZING if we had the option (checkbox) in the object creation UI (field create/edit) that would allow us to permit the field to be loaded to instead of having to navigate to that pesky GEAR in the top right and go through that whole routine.

Anyone else with me besides this goldfish???
