We would like to have the ability to filter on custom fields from Account object activities in the Timeline tab.
One of our CSM's has a focus on a certain type of customer (denoted by a custom field on the Salesforce account layout) and he'd like to be able to filter for the activities on this custom field.

Agreed - we could then just display all of the activity around accounts in a certain Tier or Segmentation depending on who the CSM is.
