Our CSMs would like to be able to do more within Timeline.  For example, I post a timeline activity following my EBR with the customer.  I then need to update their customer sentiment.  I currently have to click off of Timeline over to Detail, and then, click on the Scorecard link to update the sentiment.  



Not sure exactly how this would work to be able to do from Timeline.
We are also interested in having the timeline be the central hub for all CSM activities. I know there is another request for this, but sending email from within Timeline could be a huge time saver as well as make sure that all interactions are being recorded within Gainsight. 
We have some neat new designs being worked on right now to provide enhanced end user experience - a sort of Gainsight Home page that would allow interacting with many elements that today exist in different pages.

Heather: one idea would be to have a field on the Activity that includes the values that you want and then use Rules Engine to update Scores (or whatever) based on that data.
