Update timeline notes through sally in slack
Our CSM's would like the ability to log a note in timeline via Sally. I could not find this direct request, but wanted to post here. Should I also post in the product update forum?
+4Yes! In the near term plan.
As Karl mentioned, we will provide this functionality soon although with few limitations. We are planning to use Slack's dialog box for taking input from the end users to capture notes in the timeline. The dialog box has the limitation of only 5 fields, hence we are limited by that.
