multiple templates be configured within Success Snapshot and the CSMs be given a choice to use any of the templates when exporting success plan. CSM might want to make use of one template for one customer and another for a different customer.
Using multiple templates in a single success snapshot

As of now, we can configure multiple success snapshots. But, for a single snapshot, only one template can be in use at a time.
So, let us say, for a single snapshot, we can configure multiple templates and the choice would be given to the CSM to decide the template to be exported. This also allows the CSM to configure the snapshot differently for different customers.(not only the data changes but the whole template changes)
