Using Smartsigns on MDA Data

Gainsight's Smartsigns seem cool and I'd love to use with our Product Usage data. Unfortunately we have that data in the MDA and can't get it into Gainsight's Usage object. Would be great to be able to use Smartsigns on MDA data.

    Hi,

    Support for usage data in MDA is part of the roadmap. I will update the thread here once we have clarity on the timeline.

    I agree with Phil. This is a issue for us and will prevent us from using Smart Sign until it is fixed

    "Smart Sign capabilities in Rules Engine" is in our product backlog. The timelines are not decided yet. As first step towards introducing data science capabilities in rules engine, we have introduced few statistical functions like correlation, std deviation, variance,median and covariance in winter release. Smart signs is definitely on the list. I will keep you updated as we get to know the timelines.
