In a lot of MOOCs there is an option to change the speed at which a course video can be watched. Everyone has their own listening style - maybe some have a hard time following along while others might like to speed through the content a bit more when time is limited (I know I do!) I tend to pay better attention and connect the dots when content is presented more quickly. Would be great to have the option of speeding up the videos.

Thanks for the question, as I understand it playback speed is a function of the recording file format. The courses that Education Services produce, are "gotomeeting" formated files that don't have the flexibility of increasing playback speed. However, they can be converted into MP4 file formats which can as you probably know. We are in the middle of producing new materials for are latest version of software, in an up graded format and will seriously consider changing the format to MP4 and accommodate faster playback. However, legacy gotomeeting files would remain as is until the new content completely replaces it.
Hi Marc, I haven't worked with Gotomeeting files myself, so that is great to know. I'm excited about the new materials! Thank you for your commitment to improving all things Gainsight and thanks for the update!
