We have a ton of old Playbooks and we'd like to do some cleanup. In Cockpit, is there a way to see if a Playbook is associated with an active rule?

In Cockpit you should be able to add a filter for "Call to Action>Source = Rules". Don't think there's a way to know if the rule that created the CTA is still active or not, though.

Hi Ryan, valid use-case.

If a palybook is used in a rule, how do you want to handle it? Do you want to replace with a new playbook or remove the palybook from the rule while deleting with a caution.

@all, please hit like or follow to increase the priority of the road-map.

Thanks for posting!

Really intersting idea Pele, if you are manually able to identify the playbook applied based on the name / type of the CTA...this could give you a sense of what is being used.

@ryanc does this work for you for now.

We want to be able to delete old playbooks without worrying about them being assosciated with a rule. We'd also like to be able to identify the rule associated with a playbook more quickly in case we need to make adjustments to the rule, like segmenting to only a subset of customers and creating a new playbook for another subset of customers. I hope this helps!
