In one of our success plan templates, I'd like to add a field that will vlookup to the account Contacts - our customer contacts are stored in SFDC and we have a report in C360 showing a list of customer contact names.
In this success plan template, I'd like for CSMs to be able to add multiple contacts that are part of this SP template - but rather than having a text field and people typing in names misspelling them, I'd like to be able to add a multiple choice vlookup field.
Is there a way to do this please?
Thanks
Katerina

Hi Aditya,
For this example, not really I'm afraid as the contacts woudl need to be in the template. But since you have managed to add the field into the Objective layout, can this be also added into the Success Plan template?
thanks

Also, how do you set up the field please so that one can add multiple contacts? I've created a new field on the CTA Group object as a vlookup to Contacts. But it allows only single contact to be entered and also it brings all contacts in SFDC when searching, not just the ones specific to an account (as is the case e.g. when entering contacts in Timeline)
Many thanks

Hi Katerina,
The limitation of adding a lookup field on the CTA group object would be that you can only associate one contact. (For multiple contacts, you will need to add multiple fields)
Ideally, you would want an ability to "associate contacts" at the success plan level (similar to what is there in CTA) right? Will add this to the backlog & keep you updated as and when we make progress on this
