Bulk Update CTA Ownership (by End User)Open

This is [i]similar to a couple of existing conversations, but more of a spin for end-user (non-Admin) management. We'd like the ability to bulk assign CTAs (or Objectives within a Success Plan) by a non-Admin user.  In addition to Customer Success Managers, we have Technical Success Managers that manage projects (Onboarding, Events, etc.) through the use of both Success Plans (w/ Objectives) and CTAs.  When a TSM is away on vacation, they must go in an assign all of their Success Plans to their cross-over, as well as manually assign each Objective/CTA. It is very tedious and time consuming for that individual.  For our third-shift folks, we route all Onboarding Success Plans (auto-created via Rules) to a single, senior member, who then assigns out those Success Plans and Objectives. Again, this falls victim to the tedious task of having to assign this on a one-by-one basis.  I do realize that their is a Mass Update option available to Administrators, as mentioned in Mass edit objective CTAs and CTA mass change when CSD assignment changes, but we really need this ability for the entire team. This could also easily turn into a full time responsibility for the Admins.  What we have envisioned is just an ability to select multiple CTAs from either the Cockpit or the Success Plan Objectives page and then apply action to those. Kind of similar to your email inbox.

Idea- Real Time rule sync when ever assign new accounts to a CSM or change the CSM assignment on an accountNew Idea

Hi Team, Recently we have come across the below use case:Customer use case:When we need to assign new accounts to a CSM or change the CSM assignment on an account, our managers use Gainsight to change the CSM name in the C360 UI. We want to then use a real-time rule to push this change to Salesforce right away (we currently have a bionic rule pushing every 2 hours but want it to go faster). The problem I'm running into is that the real-time rule will not let me map the CSM GSID field in Gainsight to the CSM SFDC ID field in Salesforce because they are different field types. As workaround we discussed - creating a string field on the Company object to store the SFDC ID of the CSM then use that field to map to SFDC in the real-time rule - won't work because I would need to write a separate rule to populate that field. So then the CSM would be changed by the manager, a rule would have to run to populate the new string field, then the real-time rule would run. This is no faster than what we are currently doing, having a bionic rule run every 2 hours when the CSM field is changed.Idea is, If we can have the ability to map the CSM GSID field (or another CSM identifier) directly to a field in Salesforce without a workaround, possibly similar to how this is done in the Salesforce connector or bionic rules. Can you please check on this?

Success Plans: Is it possible to link a custom SFDC object to add editable fields in the 'Plan Info' section?New Idea

Use Case: Our CS Ops team is working on bringing in a new team into GS. The team is a services team responsible for implementation projects. In their current workflow, they create a new record on a custom SFDC object for every new project. They use the object's fields to add details about projects and update project statuse, and this process won't be going away when we bring them into GS. Ideally, what I'd like to do is create a success plan template where I could link a SP to a record of the existing custom object and give our implementation team the ability to edit fields directly from the Plan Info section of the success plan. e.g. I think I can kind of get this by linking the object to CTAs and adding a section to the objectives where I could make fields editable (although, I haven't actually done this yet), but I would like the fields to also be visable from the Plan Info section for quick reference in GS w/o needing team members to go into SFDC to view project records. Also, for context, we use Relationships to track usage and infomation about this particular product's subscriptions. And it's likely that one relationship will have more than one project (and hopefully SP) added to it over time. Hoping some SP pros that have implemented workflows involving some kind of services activities can help w/ some best practices, tips, guidance, etc. cc: @emily_zurow
