Hi Everyone, With the current design of PX, we can only have either Session or User as a scope while creating Funnel/Path analyzer reoprts. But most of the B2B companies would be having large amount of user base and it will be difficult to analyze the reports with User scope. So having the Account field as one of the scope, will reduce time and effort. Thanks, Shireesha
When a rule chain scheduled rule runs, the execution log does not contain the Action results the way a manual run does. Scheduled: Manual: Worse still, the email that comes through doesn't even tell me the number of records from the Action the way a manual rule does: Scheduled: Manual: This increases the level of effort required to monitor/troubleshoot.
See above, a tab with a customers Cockpit view.
Would be nice to be able to do the following while creating a Success Snapshot for export: change the font size Align in the center, right, left change font color add hyperlinks to text ability to add text over pictures create tables in a text box and allow "tags" (not a table from a report) text box bullets line up properly and not all funky where if that bullet point moves to a second line it does not line up with the bullet point it is attached to. Allow for sub-bullets and sub-numbers Get rid of funky spaces that show up at the top of a text box
I have been working with. a Gainsight customer: InsightSquared, and they pointed out a very interesting enhancement possibility for the C360 section in NXT. They have added a C360 section that uses the Low Volume object interface. One of the attributes of this interface is the ability to add records, and apparently there is no way to order how the “add record” fields are ordered. In C360 setup, the only configuration displayed when you try and configure a low volume section is a dropdown menu to select your Low Volume object. I’ll let this picture tell the story: So here’s the ask: In C360 setup for the Low Volume module, could an additional config section be added to the config where a drag n drop sub-menu be added I did run this by my L2 support team and they confirmed that this isn’t a bug, so that would mean that mean that this would better be classified as an enhancement request
I want to be able to create surveys with tokenized merge fields within the questions that customize the survey to each client completing it.
Customer is using Global Context to identify the specific article that a survey was responded on. We’d like to use this as a filter parameter in analyzing the survey responses in Survey Analytics.
We are transitioning tracking time using Timeline. Timeline is great when inside Gainsight but when clicking on a case to view it or a project we are automatically put back into SF. We then have to go back to C360 to track time against the case/project record. It would be nice to either add the timeline tab to the Case Success widget while on the case/project or allow us to add a visual force page to the case/project object that we can add timeline to and when putting in a timeline entry it will automatically associate with that case/project record.
Hello, First and foremost, I love Data Designer. It is easy to use and a great combination of Rules engine and Reporting. The case and formula fields work beautifully. With that said I found a slight hiccup, that I would love some enhancement on. So currently when you publish a report from data designer it automatically carry over into report builder. However there are some features that are not available in data designer explore that are available in reporter builder. Example Ranking. So now every time I make a change to data designer and then re-publish a report, I also have to remember to go to report builder and redo any additional setting or preferences i.e. Ranking. I would love to see some additional features that mimic report builder. Best Regards, Darshana ShahADP
Nearly ever time I’ve submitted an issue using your in-app feedback tool, your support agent asks me to send a screen recording of my issue. It’d cut out a step if you allowed me to add attachments to my initial support request rather than waiting a while for a response only to be asked to send a recording.
Global Context should be reportable in some fashion, and it is currently not included in S3 exports - please add it to the Event rollup, Engagement View, Survey Responses, etc files.
This is both an aesthetic request and, I feel, a good way to be able to draw attention to certain data points on a dashboard. For example, I created a widget that is the average Score for all accounts. When I display this on a CSM dashboard or a Manager dashboard, they get the average score for all their accounts - it would be a nice touch if I could add in the color based on the score range. This could also be used in situations where there are ARR ratios that determine a CSM's portfolio. You could have a widget with the total ARR for a CSM and assign a color to it if it is getting close to or has gone past the preferred threshold for a CSM's book of business. I'm sure there would be other use cases...besides the bonus of adding some "life" to dashboard views.
There is no way to send out transactional surveys in email assist. Use case: Customer wants to send out a survey to a list of contacts as and when necessary in an ad-hoc manner. The survey needs to be associated with a project because it is a CSAT survey. The customers wants to use the email assist functionality to send out these surveys associated with a project. Currently, this is not possible, not even with a linked object (Project being the linked object in the CTA). Are there any plans to improve this functionality? cc @roja_kode
Something that’s missing functionality wise for me and stopping us from moving a lot of reporting over from SFDC is the ability to do a summary-level formula. Real-use caseAs some background, once a timeline entry is logged in GS we push to SF as an event, we then run some logic on the event record and “fulfil” those which should be charged for (professional services), we then push back all event records in to a custom object (as we can’t update the original timeline entry with this information). Each record therefore says how many hours it was for, and whether it was fulfilled or not. What I want to be able to do is report on the % of hours fulfilled, and then dynamically on a dashboard this would show based on the users filters, e.g. they might look just at their own accounts, or a leader might be looking at the whole book of business. In SF we do this by having a summary-level formula (which is referencing a row-level formula, but as that’s using an IF statement this would also not be possible in GS, but could get around it using a rule <not ideal, but doable>)
Currently you cannot report on the User’s permission sets in NXT, This would be super helpful in a range of scenarios. Currently I have a customer that is trying to organize their permissions so that Internal Users have the correct permissions from within their instance.
As an Admin, I believe I’ve clicked on the “+” in the Admin UI when creating rules and datasets about a billion times :) Especially when filtering on Type. It would be great to be able to “Collapse All” when looking at all the lookup/iD fields in an object since this is the default state a “field hunt” should initiate on. Is anyone else experiencing “+” fatigue when building rules and reports? :)
Currently we are not able to rank calculated fields within report builder. It would be helpful to be able to use calculated fields within ranking of reports.
While Loading using an S3 ingest job we notice that the Value ( for eg) 0.23 would be converted to 23%(converted to percentage by multiplying by 100) when writing to a Percentage type field but when we are loading the same using a S3 Bionic type query it would load it as 0.23% itself as the data type doesn't include Percentage. In order to avoid this discrepancy can we have the ability to select Percentage Datatype in the Bionic rule for the field in the S3 fetch. Example.gif: https://cl.ly/6a44b627c395
This is more of a nuisance than anything - but when objects contain punctuation, the auto-naming function within datasets fail. Would be nice if it the Task either allowed punctuation OR auto-removed the punctuation for you like it does in the Output Dataset Name field. (Preferably option 1.) Wouldn’t be so bad except there are several Gainsight system objects that contain punctuation in the name:
Are there plans to add Success Plan information as something a user can query through Sally for Slack? There's a huge need for it in our org that would really drive Gainsight to be the source of truth for all customer info.
Hi Team, We have a customer who wanted view and export the users including the user licence type(full or viewer) from the user management page. Similarly how we are getting the last login date & time of a user.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
