前月比のデータ作成方法を知りたいです。
具体的なイメージとしては、
・CSM別のアクティビティ数の月次推移
・カンパニー別のアクティビティ数の月次推移
等です。
前月比で下がっているものを検知して、CS活動の参考にしたい

前月比のデータ作成方法
+1こちら、ご返事が遅くなってしまいすみません。
前月比については、標準の昨日にて計算ができるのですが、あくまで直近のデータと前月の比較のみとなり、月次推移に関しては別途履歴データをカスタムオブジェクトに保持する必要があります。
そのため、月次で稼働するルールエンジンを作成し、都度前月比を計算→そのスナップショットをカスタムオブジェクトに保存することで対応ができるかと思います。
