カンパニーのフォロー制御と通知の仕様について
困っていること
・自身がCSMとなっているカンパニーなのにフォローがされていないため、通知が来ない
・CSM変更があった際に、今は担当していないカンパニーなのにフォローが外れていないため、不要な通知が来る。
確認したいこと
・フォローの仕様
└ どうなったらフォローになり、フォローが外れるのか・自身がCSMのカンパニーをフォローしている状態に一括で修正したい。その方法を教えてほしいです。

カンパニーのフォロー制御と通知の仕様について
全ての回答になっておらず恐縮ですが
＞CSM変更があった際に、今は担当していないカンパニーなのにフォローが外れていないため、不要な通知が来る。
こちらは現時点では、通知を外す機能はないそうです。
