This article provides the list of languages supported in Gainsight Community.

Overview

 

Multi-language capability empowers organizations to deliver a fully localized experience forcommunity users by translating system data such as interface text, phrases, and metadata. This creates a conistentlocalized experience across Knowledge Base, Community, and other connected areas.

Example Business Use Case: Imagine your organization’s community is primarily English-speaking, but a subset of end-users forms a non-English sub-community. While their discussions happen in their preferred language, the system-generated content, such as metadata and phrases, remains in English. The multi-language capability translates and displays all system data in the chosen language, offering a fully localized experience to these end-users.
