Is it at all possible to delay the triggering of a survey on a certain page of our tool?
I would like to be able to have an NPS survey trigger after say 30 seconds so we aren’t bombarding our users the second they load a page, it will allow them to interact with little bits and then pop-up asking what they think.
Was this question ever answered? We would also like to delay a survey for ~1 minute before it pops up for the end-user to give users time to interact with the platform/navigation instead of having the survey be the first thing they see during their session. I’ve seen this capability in other tools.
