anonymousでとったサーベイ回答内容をC360でリアルタイムに確認できる方法（How can we view anonymous survey responses in C360 in real time?）
Surveyを利用して、anonymous設定で回答を収集する機会があります。
Surveyの回答者が回答を送信した直後に、匿回答内容をC360上でリアルタイムに確認する方法があるかを確認したいです。
気になっているのは、Surveyが匿名であるため、回答者やそのCompanyと回答内容を紐付けられないのではないかという点です。
その場合、匿名Surveyの回答内容を、該当するCompanyのC360にどのように表示できるのか知りたいです。
以下を実現するための標準機能、設定、または推奨される方法はありますでしょうか。
- Surveyは匿名で回答を収集する
- 回答内容を該当するCompanyに紐付ける
- 回答内容をC360でリアルタイムに確認する
同様の構成を実現されている事例や、推奨される方法があれば、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

We are using Gainsight Surveys to collect responses anonymously.
We would like to know if there is a way to view the content of anonymous survey responses in C360 in real time, ideally immediately after a respondent submits a survey.
Our concern is that, since the survey is anonymous, the response may not be associated with the respondent or their Company. If that is the case, we are wondering how anonymous survey responses can be displayed in the appropriate Company’s C360.
Is there any standard functionality, configuration, or recommended approach that would allow us to:
- collect survey responses anonymously, while
- associating the responses with the relevant Company, and
- viewing the response content in C360 in real time?
Any guidance or examples of how others have implemented this would be greatly appreciated.
