Rather than having to run a ton of API calls, it’d be great if we could use the many new filters in the Users Overview to bulk award a set amount of points to that selection of users. 

On the Proximus forum, we are often asked to reply to private messages. At our last meeting, one of our colleagues suggested this idea: - When we log in at the beginning of the day on the forum frontend or via the insided interface, would it be possible to have a pop-up to warn us that we have new private messages? At the moment, we have a red bubble with the number of private messages but it would be interesting to have this little pop-up... 

Example, rank filter allows you to select matching ranks, but you cannot select all or none, you have to manually check hundreds of rank boxes.

It would be great to add a phrase next to someone’s name in the ‘Community Content & Category’ widget such that it would also specify locations of content, such as Product Updates.

I really appreciate now having the ability to filter by “Last Activity” in the User Overview section of the platform, but to really measure monthly active users for our community members, I need the ability to see if there were activities completed (bonus if I can get the actual quantity too) within a time period. For example, if someone’s last activity date was in June 2022, I’d like the ability to see if they also had any completed activities within May 2022. My workaround won’t help retroactively, but at month’s end I could, in theory, pulled the “Last Activity Date” for the current given month and go forward. 

When you're at a user profile at the frontend there are links to each reply (or topic) they posted. In Control you only see the topic they replied in, once. There is no way to click to that reply directly in Control.We have some topics that have thousends of replies, finding a specific one can be very tricky that way. When you click on Control while at the frontend, you don't always end up on the same page in Control (I suspect because of trashed replies).It would be nice to have a similar view in Control like the ons at the frontend, like on our profile :)

Can you please allow for the profile field type to be editable once created and still in testing. Granted, profile fields can’t be messed with once they’re published and already in use, but for the purpose of set up before anyone has used it, can they be edited - would save time in writing a long list of options to then realise a different type would be better when I test it. Having an easy way to make community member profile pages hidden for all non-logged in viewers when membership is required to engage and the community has been set to have public visibility.We have a paid product community where we want to get seo value + visibility for prospective members without sacrificing our members personal info (full name, business name, website url, etc.) being viewable. An alternative would be to have the ability to hide specific member profile fields although this solution will not be as good.

Much like in Slack it would be helpful to be able to receive notifications (email or in-app) when keywords match. This would make it easy for community members and or our own team to monitor for particular activities without having to visit the community.

One of our community members shared some feedback with us that it would be helpful, within the platform, to have a calendar view they could access that would show all the events they have RSVPd for vs. those they haven’t and could/should RSVP for.I know there is the blue checkmark, but maybe there is something more obvious we could display or some kind of filter for this.

Currently, the webmaster email name and address use the same setting for all system emails. I’m watching this webinar from Richard Millington on a case study around improved engagement, and one of the recommendations (around 14:15) is to leverage knowing the Community Manager’s name / more personalized communications from Community Managers. This could be effective for many System Emails, but not all. We’d like to have the option of switching off system wide emails for a limited time. Example - we need to migrate a whole lot of content that weren’t included in our initial migration, and we’d like to do it without unnecessary spam to our users.

Our instance of Gainsight, like many Enterprise customers, has scheduled rules running 24/7. It would be great if an admin has the ability to change the queue of rules to allow one-off manual rules to jump to the front of the line when there are more critical rules to be run.  

Hi AllAs part of the options available to our Community, we’d love the ability to change the social sharing options available as part of the out of the box options. These are currently set to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.By including others, such as Instagram or Pinterest, we’d be granting easier sharable options to our Gen-Z member base and have the ability to align with business wide social campaigns, with the inclusion of using #tags when prompting the sharing of content.  

Might just be me, but I’d like the ability to hide the types that don’t have open items in the CTA and Success Plan widgets.  We have a ton of CTA Types, and so displaying them all in the section requires you to scroll.  I think it would look cleaner to hide the ones without a currently open CTA.

When you download the results of a dataset in rules engine execution history, the filename contains the name of the task, and the date time in unix format. Examples are..Account_1678382621956.csv (from horizon rules)Account_1679681785577.csv (from old rules UI) We can convert the values using a tool like https://www.epochconverter.com/, but it would be more convenient to include a human readable date by default, especially in cases when you are trying to compare the results of several rule runs.  I have noticed that the action results in horizon rules do have a more readable format, but in the old UI this is not the case. Examples are.. .loadToCompany_success_5ebf1101-4a45-42fa-b9bf-a99c9e523252_20230309172346 (horizon rules)company_1679681532008_complete_success_rows (old UI) Request here would be to across the board use readable date formats 

It would be helpful to have some automated ways -- via system emails -- to retarget users that have signed up for the community but not yet confirmed their email. While this is a small number, it’s a repetitive maintenance task for CMs. For example, today I have to manually go into Control > Users - filter by their role, then send a private message or reach out over email to get them active (or even manually change them to registered).And yes, I could do this all with APIs -- but not everyone has access to the engineering teams to support those efforts.

Currently the search box is very difficult to use because you can’t see the full names of the items to select, the ability to expand this window would be a great improvement to usability. 

Apologies if this has already been addressed or is already available, but it would be great if we could hyperlink to another section of the email. We have a few different newsletters that go out and we would love to have the title of the sections at the top and allow the recipient to skip down to the section they want to see. 

In other platforms I’ve worked on, there was an option to set a user’s status as “Inactive” - a bit different than banned.We’ve had a couple cases where members of our core community management team departed, and there has been some confusion around their status and members trying to PM them out of habit.We certainly want their content and replies in the community, but to avoid any confusion it would be great if there was a way to convert them to “inactive” vs doing some of the rough manual workarounds suggested. 

We would love to have the ability to change the event register button and its URL, once the event is over with the link to the recording of the event. Additionally, the cherry on top would be to have a button in the events homepage where users can understand that they can access the recording from this page (see screenshot below: adding a “watch now”). This would make this page even more valuable as it would become a “resource center” for past events too.
