While creating a CTA via a rule or manually we can either hardcore a Duedate or make it filled with the run date + N days. However if we have an ability to choose any date field from Company object like renewal date/Contract end date to be filled in the due date section of the Cockpit it would be super helpfulIssue: Right now we can only assign a hard core number of days to the duedate in the CTA layoutIdea: Ability to customise the duedate with any date field value available in the Company object.Example: While creating renewal CTAs an ability to customise the due date with the upcoming renewal date. 

We currently have a CTA that both CSMs and AMs would like to get notified of when it triggers. We originally thought that we could add the respective users’ GSIDs to the comments and it would notify them once the CTA triggered, but after finding out that this didn’t work, we turned to something else. We created two separate tasks attached to a “Notification” playbook where one task is assigned to the CSM and the other is assigned to the AM. Sure, this notifies the team appropriately, but I am hoping to see if a different approach of notification could be implemented, like allowing us to add users’ GSIDs into the comments for easier notification, or something similar. The playbook / task assignment method works, but seems a bit clunky and would prefer to notify teams directly from the CTA itself if possible. Thanks for your consideration!

I would like to have an automatic feedback mechanism that alerts Community members when their post either fails to post or is flagged as spam / for review. Currently, when this happens, members are confused and frustrated and will often try to post again or multiple times, which does not solve the issue. It would be ideal to have an alert bar or pop-up that lets members know when a post has failed (and why) or if it has been flagged for review, but may be live in a couple hours. 

Hey there,I think it would be great to have the option to turn off all new posts in a group.We run beta groups in our community, which eventually get closed. The Product Manager does a thank you and goodbye topic, then I close all existing topics to new comments.This works great, but recently, we have been making these closed beta groups public, as the insights could be found by other members and assist them. Plus, it’s great to use successful beta groups as examples to beta testers of future groups.However, some members find these groups and even though all comment sections are closed, they can still create a new topic. Preferably, there would be an option/function to prevent this 😊.It would be great in the backend of a group, where you can just select “turn off all new topics and comments”.Thanks very much!Lewys

The viewed engagements that are grayed out in the KC bot can be interpreted as disabled.  Users may not click them.We need a better UI representation for viewed and non-viewed guides.One option can be that we continue to show the green tick as an indication that it is viewed , but do not gray out the engagement name.

Background: Many of our products have a new documentation space with each quarterly or annual release. Our KC bot search uses an integration with Google search. If I set the Google search to a domain that works across all versions, the search results show very old versions of the documentation. If I set the Google search solely to a domain for the current version, sometimes Google has not yet indexed the applicable pages, in which case, we would want the previous version to come up.I experimented a bit, and I see that if I specify two Google search domains (one for the current version and the other for the previous version), I see a mix of links between versions of the space. This might depend on whether the page has been indexed in the most recent version. Hi folks, Is there a way we could embed a shared success plan as an accessible element within the Knowledge Center Bot? The use case here would be for end customers (who you’ve shared a success plan with) have access to that success plan while in product, as opposed to having to click on the shared link via email. Adding a quick mockup below:  Happy to collect thoughts on feasibility/potential of including this as a roadmap item. 

In the old version of Advanced Journey Orchestrator, you can click on the edit for the program and grab the Advanced Outreach Code directly.  Since we use hybrid and are on SFDC Lightning, that’s the easy way for me to grab the right identifier to build program reporting.  It appears as that’s not available in Dynamic Programs.  Please bring it back. 

The My CTAs view in not editable. We would like to add a custom field to this view, but cannot. We would create a new custom view, but the default My CTAs view cannot be deactivated to push users to our new custom view.Can the My CTAs view be made editable? Or allow us to deactivate that view?

There does not appear to be any way to set the default sort order for the My Portfolio widget. We want to sort by a custom End Date field. We also cannot move this column to be the first column in the widget (which would auto-sort by that column).This seems related to this request, but this enhancement was not extended to the My Portfolio widget:

I was just messing around and found that the search functionality when adding new fields to a Cockpit view has something unique, and awesome, that I thought I would point out. When searching for a lookup field by name, the search returns that field - but you can still see results under the lookup that don’t exactly match the original search. One of the beginner traps in searching for fields under a lookup is inevitably that you can’t search for the lookup by name and find other fields. Ex: you need a CSM’s name in Report Builder, so you search “CSM” and find the lookup - but you won’t find “Name” under there - your original search was explicitly for “CSM” duh! It is super convenient to be able to search for the lookup field by name and then browse the fields. This doesn’t even conflict with a search for “Name” - that would still return any lookup with a “Name” field under it - it just fixes a small gotcha that I’m sure catches many new and experienced admins every day. Co

Hi Team,Benchling has an use case where they need to send different versions of email template based on value of currency type field.Currently this ability is not available in the product.Requesting product team to check and implement this feature so that filtering of email template versions can be done based on currency type field as well.  

Our IdP’s ‘/authorize’ endpoint supports additional ‘invitation’ and ‘organization’ query parameters that enable more functionality in our IdP.  Insided’s ‘/ssoproxy/login’ endpoint does not forward additional query parameters to our IdP’s ‘/authorize’ endpoint. More specifically, while users can still authenticate, this causes users’ invitations to remain in the ‘Pending’ status.  Additionally, without a valid invitation id we cannot conditionally enable sign-ups in our IdP and thus need to disallow signups for all users.  This in turn forces us to create the user with a bogus password before inviting them; which is a sub-optimal user experience.Beyond our IdP’s scenario there are potentially other benefits to allowing additional sso parameters.This could be implemented by simply forwarding any additional query parameters that are appended to Insided’s ‘ssoporxy/login’ endpoint to the configured ‘Auth URI’.  Maybe a checkbox could be added to the integration sso settings page to enabl

We’d like to include a hyperlink within the email notification that gets sent to a Lead Owner when a CSQL is created. I’ve asked support and was told that it is not customizable. If additional fields are added to the Details page of the CSQL it would be nice to be able to indicate if any of those fields should be included in the notification email.

Not sure where this idea belongs category wise, but, could we unify the logins for all the Gainsight properties that are customer facing:support.gainsight.com community.gainsight.com pulse.gainsight.com education.gainsight.comAnd any of the others I have not probably set foot on yet?I always get confused with what my login and password is (so does my password vault) because I tend to use a personal login to everything certification related (for posterity, right).And based on my own experience with contact data quality, I think it would make things a lot easier in Gainsight itself for Gainsight so you wouldn’t have to figure out who is who and map people’s many email addresses back to one individual.cc: @anirbandutta 

It would be great to be able to customize the Customer Goals card view when associated to Success Plans.

Something that has recently come to my attention is that search bars across Gainsight do not function the same.  I’ve already posted before about the C/R360 search bar needing fuzzy/exact match toggle. But I’d also like to see consistency in other parts of the product. For example, in User Management, admins are only able to search for a user by email or name. But in Data Management if you go to the “Data” tab for Person, you can also search by GSID, in addition to email and name.  Allow GSID as a field you can search on 

I would love to be able to add someone as a subscriber to a specific post. I know I can @ them and have them included in convo - but would be great to have a way to flag them as a subscriber.Use case here -- we have some convos that relate to tips and tricks during onboarding. If we hear from a customer that they are struggling with something, would love to subscribe them to a convo so they can get updates (vs. having to send link or @ them)

We had a feedback from one of our clients - in case there are several reaction to one thread, they get notified every single time, which can mean 20 emails a day.When this happens, they simply erase all of them, because the number is too high.If there was an option to send these email notifications only once in a day, like an overview of what happened, that would be an ideal solution.

Make it possible to add fields to the Event Registration form? Currently, when I download, I see Username, User ID, User Email and Sign up date.I would like to see which company they are from, their first name and last name as well. How do I set this up? Any help here is highly appreciated!

With events when you download an attendee report the file only contains limited details on the attendees. We’d like to see that report contain all user fields so we can spend less time doing vlookups with a corresponding user export to understand details about who attended.  Could these be added to the CSV?

It seems like a few distinct suggestions, but I'd appreciate additional functionality in groups.1. Pin Posts for Visibility:   - Introduce the ability to pin posts to the top of the group, ensuring critical information remains easily accessible and doesn't get buried over time.2. Enhanced Collaboration Tools:   - Enable the addition of quick links or document attachments within the group, fostering seamless collaboration and making it a central hub for shared resources.3. Being able to give a member in the community admins rights to the group - for example would like to give some limited access admin rights to the user group leader to be  able to pin topics, etc . Not an issue right now since groups are very simple at this stage 

The Journey Analytics dashboard is handy and analyzes the program's success.We are missing though the ability to have more analytics based on company/ contacts attributes like region, segmentation, and others.- It would be very useful if we had the ability to add custom filters to this dashboard-  another solution would be the ability to use the reports in this dashboard on other custom dashboards (instead of building them from scratch)

We love Draft mode, as it is an easy way to update live engagements. Not only does it help with testing, but we can also update links in production engagements.However, we recently discovered that if an engagement is launched in production, only someone with production launch permission can start draft mode. My proposal is that anyone with Engagements Manager permission can start draft mode and work on the draft. If the engagement is in production, then only someone with Production Launch permission can publish the draft.

Hi Team, Few customer are looking to preview the data in each task to understand, if the task is pulling the data correctly. The view doesn't let us preview any of the data, so it is hard to understand what is working and figure out where things are going wrong.I believe this request is already in our Pipeline.
