Currently if a program has multiple sources, all the failed participants load to one list but you cannot distinguish between which source was the cause at a quick glance. this would be helpful to review our sources to improve them and troubleshoot if we expected less failed participants. this is currently very difficult to determin

We have recently active, most replies, and most views… but as a solid knowledge base of answered questions build, it’d be great to filter by “Most Helpful.”Use cases: Q&A forums, building FAQ lists, another way to feature/highlight top content without using widgets, etcHow:Use the Content Helpfulness score that’s available in control. The data is there. No need to expose the score or the data itself in the UI, but just use it to order posts in the category by those with the highest helpfulness score.  Build it as a filter option like the others in the forum (listed above)  

Hi Team,While saving a Survey Response as a PDF file in Hybrid Org, it’s only allowing you to download the first-page response. However in direct NXT, it allows us to download all pages of survey response and make this feature available in hybrid org also.Thanks & Regards,Syam

Hi all,It’s quite difficult to get a sense of how the community looks and feels for different kinds of end user. In particular in a setup involving different ranks having different levels of access.Could we create a feature which allows the community team to view the community as if they were logged in as a specific rank or role?I envision this being an additional button next to customise that you click, select a role, and then you see the community exactly as the selected role would see it.

When you push the topic to Productboard as a note there is no notification in the topic publicly in Destination that this has been pushed. There is in Control (where we made the push from) and it puts a Productboard icon and a link to the note in Productboard into the content area. This is a miss to me and something our customers have gotten used to with our Slack integration -- a signal that we've done something with their feedback.

I’m not sure many will have this request but going to highlight anyway. We’re building a way to identify threads on a critera and then email those to people, but in the email we’ve not figured out a good way to have a clickable link to take them to the conversation/question/idea identified. It would be great to have a property in the API to pull the direct link, or at lease something that would make it easier to link to a thread.

Most of our moderators are (going to be) members of our Support team, and they don’t spend any time in their email.  Neither do many of our other staff. It would be great if there was a webhook which got called when a topic is assigned to a user; That would let us integrate it with anything we wanted to post messages. Alternatively, if we could send all moderator emails to a single address we could use an email parser to extract usernames that way.  Or, a Zapier integration would let us connect it with Slack et al.

We’d like for the Zapier trigger to include the user email address (currently only contains the username) so that we can use this to look up the user in our action step.

Hi, When we start a conversation on a topic (or a question), it would be useful to be able to reply to replies so they are nested under each other. This would be much cleaner and the overview of the conversations would be a lot easier. Thanks for considering this,Enikö

We’re planning on connecting our community to an AI-software that analyses the community content and the sentiment of the content. We’re planning on fetching the data via the API. We noticed that some events we would very much like to have are not available via the API. What we’d like to have isprimary role of a user - the use case is that we’d like to see whether the reply was posted by a moderator or a community member custom roles - sometimes it might of use to be able to differentiate “regular” community members from superuser content helpfulness votes publicity of the category in question our custom “Token” field from the user profileWould this be possible?

Ability to add an associated person to recurring events in a CTA. This will help with time saved compared to adding the associated person each time. Brought to my attention by a CSM. 

Insided supports Wistia but I think it should also support its sister company Soapbox as well. We are now having to get employees to go into their accounts and individually upload them to wistia then put them in the community.

Hi Team,Customer Request:As per the new data load in rules engine, we are showing the links to download pass and fail records from the action section itself, however, the link is not showing for the test runs. Can we have the same functionality for test runs also. Customer would like to know how the data look like before running the rule.Also, earlier in one file, we have both pass and fail record details. Now, customer have to download two files separately for pass and failed records. Can we check is there any feasibility to show both details records in one file?

Depending on who you ‘Follow’, the Community reminds you about their birthdays and you are able to wish on the community (maybe a discussion, or another content type) and others can join in on the thread. 

Ideas are the only topic type available in Ideation categories, but “Question” and “Conversation” topics are still available to select when users are creating topics in Ideation categories. This is a poor UX because users won’t see the Ideation topic they are currently in as an option in the Category drop-down menu on the topic creation page if they happen to switch the topic type from the default Idea to a Question or Conversation. The ideal setup for Categories is to enable/disable individual topic types through a checkbox/switch module in the Category creation page in Control, and have only the enabled topic types visible in the topic creation page for that Category. Another option is to introduce another Category type that includes all topic types (Question + Conversation + Ideation) instead of the “Ideation only” or “Discussion/Conversation only” types. Our use case is a beta user group -- we would create a Category available only to certain custom user roles where Q&A, Conver

 asking for a customer, They are looking to make a custom widget that will take me directly to this “survey response” section. Is this possible?  

Team,Right now, while creating Objectives in Success Plans, there is no "*" next to the field Objective Category (to indicate it is required) and also this field is in the second column at the bottom. We would like to have an option to include the asterisk and re-order this field in the layout.

Testing

I wish there would be option to adjust gamification in category level. For example, off topic categories are excluded, you can´t earn points/badges/ranks by being active there. Or, you earn more by being active category x than category y. Because every category aren´t as “important” than others with this mechanism you can reward members who are active in important categories.

it appears that the activity feed on each user’s profile shows only topics created, replies, and when their reply is marked as an answer. It’d be good to add in other “events” from the activity as well, particularly the gamification milestones. Earning a badge Earning a rank (show for moving up only)I’d also love to see: Voted for an idea [differentiate topic creation in this feed between question/conversation/idea]

Hello team!We’re moving many data feeds we used to consume in GS from S3 to SnowFlake db. In testing our new connection, we’ve encountered some roadblocks to importing our data via SnowFlake. Case 1: it is required to specify a reference for last modified date when setting up a new job within SnowFlake connector.  However, not all of our SnowFlake data objects contain DateTime fields.  We’re therefore unable to import our data via the connector and have to use a manual upload to MDA via a .csv.  When the dataset is large, as it always is when trying to establish a NEW job, we have to manually separate our source data into multiple smaller csv files to get under the max upload size allowed.  Or we have to create a rule ad-hoc to import via S3.Ask:  don’t require a last modified date value.Case 2: we can only specify 1 field as the unique identifier when setting up a new job with SnowFlake connector. That is not always enough to accurately identify unique records however; not all records

We apply multiple templates to the same Success Plan based on products our customers purchase. As such, we are not able to use the Template Order sorting and need to order by Due Date instead. Is there a way we can set the default sorting to sort by Due Date instead of Template Order? I know it can be changed one off by user, but this causes confusion and is an extra step. 

Just like how you can now associate a timeline entry to a CTA, from within the timeline UI, can we please have the option to associate to a scorecard measure.This is useful for when CSM’s have added their meeting notes (or synced an email) already and want it to show up under the scorecard timeline due to relevancy.  Thanks!
