🍾 🥂 Happy New Year!

2024 was totally uneventful for us.  Other than a few minor things like merging two Salesforce instances (both connected to our single Gainsight instance), replacing our single-product Scorecard with a very different multi-product scorecard...using usage from multiple sources including Gainsight PX.

Yeah.  That’s it.  No bigs.

Oh, and we implemented a pooled model for tech touch CSMs, restructured our team, introducing new Product Specialist roles in support of CSMs.  And we just consolidated our implementations process to GuideCX with integration to CS still in progress.

Big goal for 2025:  no more big goals plz.  😅

In 2024, we became new Gainsight software users! We implemented both CC (Jan-Mar) and CS (Oct-Nov). We are very excited about both products. In 2025, we will look to using Workato to start providing more automation in both systems. Moving Data in and out of CS, as well as using the webhooks via the CC API! Cheers to what is in store with Gainsight products!

In 2024, I am most proud of working alongside the Product and Engineering teams here at Gainsight to revamp integrations and offer the new One-Click integration experience. This year, I am hoping to focus on building out use cases for all multi-product combinations, and getting into the unique ways Staircase can be leveraged across the Gainsight suite of products.
