Went to access the New Dashboards today get this error:
“Your Gainsight access is currently restricted due to authentication settings. Please contact your Gainsight/CC admin for assistance.”
I’ve not made any changes to my Gainsight account, so not sure what’d be causing it!
Any ideas?

Just to update: I now get a blank screen. I’m using the latest version of Safari and Mac OS.

Have you tried logging in again after the page failed to load?
Does this problem occur only when your session has been inactive for a few hours, or does it happen every time you attempt to log in?
Have you tested with a different browser, and if so, are you experiencing the same issue there?
Your assistance in checking these points and letting me know the results would be very helpful.

I’ve just tried it on Safari Incognito, had to log-in fresh and same result. Microsoft Edge on Mac does load now, but this is not my preferred browser and Safari was working before.
