Afternoon!

Went to access the New Dashboards today get this error:

“Your Gainsight access is currently restricted due to authentication settings. Please contact your Gainsight/CC admin for assistance.”

I’ve not made any changes to my Gainsight account, so not sure what’d be causing it!

 

Any ideas?

Thanks ​@Aleksandra The 24 hour timeout is definitely an annoyance and it feels odd for one area of an application to have a different session length than everything else. While I don’t use analytics every day, having to go through the additional steps of logging off and re-authenticating via Okta every time I want to use them reduces my motivation to test it out more.  Just sayin...
