Access Codes + Onboarding: Share Your Workflow

Eileen Foley started a great discussion around the Access Code + Domain feature and how teams are managing the learner experience. If you’ve set this up in your Academy, jump in and share your process. What’s been smooth? What would you change? Drop your tips.

AI chatbot widget for Skilljar courses

Kelly Mullaney shared a really fun project for adding an in-course AI assistant directly into Skilljar courses. After exploring several options, Kelly built a floating AI chat widget that allows learners to ask questions within a course—using the course content itself as context.

If you’re experimenting with AI to enhance learner support, this could be a great starting point. The Product team is actually building a similar feature natively in Skilljar that we can't wait to share with you soon!
