Did You Know You Can Deliver Training Inside Your Customer's LMS?

If your customers or partners need training content inside their own LMS, you don't have to rebuild everything from scratch — or lose visibility into how it's being used.
Skilljar's Content Syndication feature lets you distribute your existing courses directly to a customer's LMS, while keeping full ownership of the content. That means you can update it live, and your analytics stay intact. No duplicated content, no version control headaches.
It's available on Enterprise and Professional packages, and the setup is done entirely from your Skilljar dashboard.
If you're managing partner training or onboarding customers who prefer to host learning inside their own systems, this is worth exploring.

Need to Cap How Many Users Can Enroll from a Specific Group?
If you've ever needed to restrict a course to a specific user group and cap the total number of enrollments, you're not alone — and the community has a workaround worth knowing.
Community member Matt shared a real use case: allowing a hospital facility access to product training while limiting how many individuals from their Residency program could register. Skilljar doesn't currently have a native group enrollment cap, so his team was manually monitoring registrations across two groups — workable, but not scalable.
The Gainsight Solutions Architect team offered a clever workaround using Training Credits. By adding a Training Credit price element to the course and assigning each facility a credit balance equal to the maximum enrollments allowed, the system enforces the cap automatically. Once the balance is exhausted, no further registrations are possible. It's a feature built for monetisation, but it maps cleanly onto this access-control use case.
The product team has also flagged this thread for roadmap consideration — so if a native enrollment cap is something your team needs, it's worth adding your voice.
