I'm trying to create a Rule that grabs the name of the next open Task within a Success Plan. Our Implementation Manager wants it on the Account, so she can build a report showing the next step for every customer.
However, I can't find a field that indicates the order of an Objective in a Success Plan. There's a "Template Order" field that's only filled out sometimes, which seems odd. It looks like it's only populated for Objectives created on/after Feb 20, 2018.
Is that field what I think it is? If so, I can use DataLoader to set the Template Order for all the older Objectives.

Hi Seth,
The Template Order is the order in which the objectives have been configured in the Success Plan template. This filed will only be available only for objective type CTA's that have been added via a template & not for the ones that have been manually created by the CSMs. (Also this field was introduced recently).
